All Blue Moon products are subject to our Return Policy. If you have received a misprinted, damaged or defective product, or if your package has been lost in transit, please email email@example.com to initiate a return. Buyers remorse returns or refunds will not be accepted. Returns or refunds for reasons related to product size or fit will not be accepted.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our supplier and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
